Wraps de linaza

Esta receta definitivamente es una de mis favoritas porque la gran mayoría (por no decir todas) de las tortillas o wraps que encontramos en supermercados o no son realmente integrales y tienen ingredientes poco saludables. Esta receta es muy fácil de hacer, puedes dejarlas en la refrigeradora o congeladora y calentar cuando las necesiten. Además son una opción baja en carbohidratos y altas en fibra.

1 taza y media harina de linaza*
1/2 taza + 1 chorrito agua
Al gusto Sal, cúrcuma, cebolla o ajo en polvo

*Solo licúen la linaza sin agua hasta que se haga polvito.

  1. Hervir el agua en una ollita y a penas este burbujeando sacar del fuego.
  2. Agregar las especias al agua y mover.
  3. Luego adiciona la linaza y mezcla bien hasta que quede una masa.
  4. Cuando tengas una masa que no se pegue divídela entre 3.
  5. Amasa con la ayuda de un rodillo entre dos capas de papel manteca dándole forma circular de wraps. Puedes utilizar la tapa de la arrocera para hacer un circulo y luego cortar los bordes para que te quede uniforme.
  6. Coloca los wraps 1 minuto por lado en una sartén y listo! Rellena con lo que más te guste. Yo le puse pollo, Lechuga, brotes de soya, pimiento amarillo y tomate 🙌🏽.

Puedes guardarlos en la refri o congelarlos!
