Evita comprar productos industrializados, alimentos que luego tengas que prohibirte o los famosos productos `light`.  Vas a terminar comiendo dos o tres de ellos que al final equivalen a uno regular con un extra de sustancias artificiales dentro de tu organismo que a la vez generan más ansiedad y problemas a futuro. TIP#2: Compra más natural. Así sea las ¨frutas temidas¨como el plátano, este te dará más beneficios que tomar una galleta light, cero azúcar.

Para que no te gane la flojera durante la semana y no gastes dinero comiendo fuera de casa (y para rematar comida que no nutre), te recomiendo que tengas todos los vegetales cortados y almacenados dentro de frascos de vidrios completamente libres de humedad. Puedes hacer lo mismo con frutas grandes como papaya, piña y melón para que las tengas listas para una ensalada o jugo. En el caso de las hojas verdes acuérdate siempre de secarlas muy bien porque son las que más rápido se malogran. Trata de elegir verduras que no tengan gran contenido de agua para tenerlas ya cortadas, las demás como pepino y tomate las puedes cortar en el momento que los vas a usar. En cuanto a las carnes, hazlas cortar y pesar previamente según tu requerimiento. Por ejemplo si necesitas 100g de carne en el almuerzo ten filetes de carnes de este peso almacenadas en pequeñas bolsas de plástico individuales en el congelador (rehusa las bolsas).

Puedes repetir verduras y algunos otros ingredientes en la semana, pero para no aburrirte te recomiendo hacer alguna salsa para acompañar como una salsa de tomate natural o pesto para acompañar y variar.


Al vivir solos existe un tema muy importante; la administración del dinero. Te recomiendo para esto el TIP#4: Ahorra, compra local. Compra vegetales de estación. No compres mangos cuando es época de manzanas. Así tendrás una dieta mucho más variada, tu organismo te lo agradecerá y tu bolsillo también.

La cocina es un arte y un placer. Así no seas el máximo chef, date un tiempo para buscar recetas saludables y disfrutar mientras cocinas tal vez con un poco de música.  Solo así, podrás entrar en previo contacto con los millones de nutrientes y beneficios que le darás a tu cuerpo. TIP#5: Disfruta. No hay nada mejor que preparar tu propia comida y sobre todo cuando sabes que esa comida además de rica es saludable. Es un hábito que te recomiendo incorporar en tu vida.
