Salsa de tomate casera

Sin azúcar y perfecta para acompañar ese aburrido pollo a la plancha, fideos y pizzas.

Con menos de 3 ingredientes que fácilmente encontrarás en tu cocina.

1 kilo tomates
1 cucharada aceite de oliva
5 unidades dientes de ajo
1/2 cucharadita sal de maras
  1. Lavar bien los tomates y licuarlos en 2 ó 3 etapas, cada uno combinado con 100ml de agua.
  2. Hacer un aderezo con el aceite de oliva y los ajos machacados. Dejar reposar por 6 minutos a fuego bajo.
  3. Una vez listos los ajos, adicionar los tomates licuados en la olla, sal y cuando inicie el primer hervor adicionar hongos y laurel que realmente son opcionales.
  4. Dejar hervir por 25 minutos y listo.
  5. Dejar guardar en un frasco de vidrio con tapa por máximo 2 semanas.

Salsa rica en licopeno, el cual es un poderoso antioxidante.
