Queso fresco de almendras

Aquí nada se desperdicia así que les hice esta receta con el sobrante de la leche de almendras que queda súper rico. Es una imitación de queso fresco pero sin lácteos y full fibra.

1 taza bagazo o restante de leche de almendras
1 cucharada agar agar
1 cucharadita sal de maras
2 cucharaditas levadura nutricional o levadura de cerveza

Mezclar todo en un procesador y agregar 200ml de agua.

Calentar en una olla a fuego medio hasta que salgan burbujas pequeñas.

Colocar la mezcla caliente en un recipiente redondo engrasado previamente con aceite de coco.

Luego pasarlo a la refrigeradora por 1 hora, desmoldar y listo!
