Mayonesa de huevo y pimiento sin aceite

Esta receta está perfecta para aquellos que no quieren subir de peso y quieren a la vez darse un gustito saludable y rico. Esta mayonesa sin aceite con su ingrediente principal: el huevo, los sacará de apuros como una salsa para algún piqueo con invitados, como una mayonesa para las hamburguesas y hasta una salsa para los fideos.

Pueden hacer una variación del pimiento con cualquier otra verdura. Por ejemplo las hojas verdes funcionan muy bien.

1 unidad huevo duro
1 unidad clara de huevo duro
1 tajada chica pimiento crudo
1/2 limón
Al gusto sal de maras
Al gusto ajo en polvo
1 chorrito agua

Una vez cocidos los huevos los colocan en un hand mixer y luego agregan los demás ingredientes. Cuidado con el agua, vayan agregándola a medida que vean que la mezcla no tiene la consistencia que estamos buscando.

Es súper simple, rica en proteínas, baja en grasa y mucho más nutritiva que una mayonesa convencional, así que tienen que probarla!
