Mascarillas para la piel después del verano

Hoy voy a enseñarles a hacer 2 mascarillas para el verano para diferentes tipos de piel ya que como sabemos, el sol, la deshidratación y el mar pueden dañarnos aún más la piel.

Empecemos con la primera, esta es una mascarilla para piel grasosa y que tal vez tiene un poco de acné

Solo necesitan:

  •  ½ limón
  • 3 cucharadas de miel
  • 2 cucharadas de azúcar rubia o panela


  1. Lavar la cara con agua tibia
  2. Exprimir el limón con el azúcar y por último agregar la miel, mezclando bien.
  3. Con movimientos circulares utilizando las yemas de los dedos, coloquen la mascarilla en su cara.
  4. Esperen 10 minutos y luego laven la cara con agua tibia y para cerrar los poros échense un poc de agua fría.

El limón aclarará las marcas del acné o las manchas oscuras que podemos tener en la cara. La miel es antibacterial y previene la aparición el acné

Ahora en verano estamos expuestos al sol durante horas y nuestra piel suele estar de varios colores y seca, sobre todo después de un buen bronceado. Esta mascarilla ayudará a nutrir, hidratar y a lograr emparejar el color de la piel.

Solo necesitas:

  • 1 cucharadita de spirulina
  • 1 cucharadita de yogurt natural


  1. Mezclan en un bowl pequeño
  2. Aplicar la mascarilla con los dedos
  3. Dejarla actuar por 15-20 minutos
  4. Lavar con agua tibia

La spirulina es un alga llena de minerales y antioxidantes que nos ayudará a rejuvenecer e hidratar la piel dándole esa luminosidad que puede estar faltándonos.

Y no olviden, que otro hábito que debemos incorporar en nuestro día es el uso de bloqueador! Acostúmbrense a usarlo todos los días, después de lavarnos y hidratarnos la cara.
