Hummus de beterraga

Esta receta es perfecta para acompañar un pique con palitos de verduras, pita chips, brócoli, chips de kale, chips de yuca, rice cakes… y la lista puede seguir y seguir. Además tiene un alto contenido de proteínas vegetales gracias a los garbanzos y alta cantidad de calcio por el tahini (pasta de ajonjolí). Y por último, este color de hummus hará nuestra mesa más linda y apetecible.

1 taza garbanzos cocidos
1 cucharada aceite de oliva
1 taza tahini (mantequilla o pasta de ajonjolí)
1 taza beterraga/betabel en trozos crudo
1/2 unidad jugo de limón
1 pizca sal de maras

Todo al procesador y listo!! Pueden acompañar con palitos de verduras o con pita chips
