Gomitas saludables

Esta receta súper fácil de hacer y no tiene nada que envidiarle a las gomitas regulares que están llenas de azúcar y sustancias artificiales.

2 sobres gelatina sin sabor
1/2 taza pulpa de frambuesa o fresa
1 cucharada miel
1/2 taza agua caliente
4 cucharada agua fria

*Tienen que tener mucho cuidado y tener todos los ingredientes ya medidos a la mano, porque la gelatina forma grumos muy rápido!.
1. Disuelvan los 2 sobres de gelatina en las 4 cdas de agua fria, muevan rápidamente y agreguen el agua caliente.
2. Agregar la miel una vez disuelta la gelatina y luego la pulpa de fruta.
3. Viertan la mezcla en moldes de silicona, yo utilicé unos en forma de corazón que encontré en Casas & Ideas, y lleven al refrigerador hasta que estén sólidas.

¡Y listo!, tienen unas gomitas súper saludables y ricas que pueden comer en cualquier momento.
