Buffalo MEATLESS balls

Con esta receta tenemos la excusa perfecta para descansar un día de las carnes o no dejar de lado a las proteínas.

3/4 taza quinua cocida
1 taza coliflor cocida o al vapor
1 unidad diente de ajo
1/3 taza harina de avena
Opcional al gusto Orégano, sal de maras, pimienta
Para la salsa búfalo
1/4 taza salsa picante, tabasco, etc
1/4 taza ghee (mantequilla clarificada)
1 cucharadita ajo en polvo

1. Pre calienten el horno a 180° C.
2. Mezclen en una procesadora de alimentos o licuadora, mezclen el ajo, la coliflor y la quinua, agregando un poco de sal de maras y pimienta.
3. Derritan el ghee y luego mezclen con la salsa picante, ajo en polvo, sal y pimienta cayena.
4. Agregan la mitad de la salsa buffalo con la mezcla de las albóndigas y lleven al refrigerador por 10 minutos.
5. Hagan bolitas con las manos y colóquenlas en una bandeja para el horno engrasada por 15 minutos y 5 minutos antes de estar listas coloquen la mitad de la salsa que faltaba y ¡Listo!.
