Brownies veganos sin horno (raw)

Súper fáciles y demasiados ricos! Y como dice el título, no se necesita usar un horno.

Solo necesitas:

2 tazas y media dátiles remojados previamente
1 taza y media nueces
6 cucharadas cacao en polvo sin azúcar
2 cucharadas agua tibia
1 cucharadita extracto de vainilla
Para el fudge:
1/4 taza miel de maple
1/4 taza cacao en polvo
2 cucharadas aceite de coco
  1. Procesamos todos lo ingredientes del brownies.
  2. En un molde rectangular o cuadrado con papel manteca, colocamos la mezcla con la ayuda de las manos.
  3. En un bowl mezclamos los ingredientes del fudge y los ponemos encima del brownie, y llevamos el molde por mínimo 2 horas a la refrigeradora.
