Batido post workout de berries

El deporte se ha vuelto parte de mi rutina y no lo cambiaría. Pero como siempre les digo, el deporte no tendrá los efectos deseados sin una buena alimentación. Hoy les comparto mi batido post workout.

1/2 unidad plátano de seda congelado
1 scoop proteína vegana de chocolate
3 cucharadas blueberries congelados
1 cucharadita semillas de hemp encima

A la licuadora con mucho hielo y listo!

Aquí tengo carbohidratos de las frutas y proteínas en un solo vaso que me ayudarán a recuperar mis fibras musculares y a ir logrando poco a poco mi objetivo.
*Uso frutas congeladas porque hacen el que batido quede más espeso y rico.
*La cantidad y calidad de los alimentos que uso dependen de cada persona, tipo de entrenamiento y objetivo.
