Brownies con bagazo de almendras

Después del video de las leches vegetales (x), les dejo una receta para aprovechar esa pulpa o bagazo que queda después de hacer leche de almendras. En realidad podrían hacerlo con el bagazo de cualquier otro tipo de nuez o fruto seco. Estos brownies queden súper ricos, con una textura suave y húmeda a la vez. No les tomará mucho tiempo en hacerlos y además los ingredientes los encontrarán fácilmente en sus cocinas.

1 taza bagazo o restante de leche de almendras
2 gramos bagazo o restante de leche de almendras
3  onzas bagazo o restante de leche de almendras
4 panela bagazo o restante de leche de almendras
5 panela bagazo o restante de leche de almendras
6 panela bagazo o restante de leche de almendras
7 panela bagazo o restante de leche de almendras
8 panela bagazo o restante de leche de almendras
10 panela bagazo o restante de leche de almendras

Una vez que ya tengan todos los ingredientes listos, les recomiendo que vayan precalentado el horno a 180˚ C.En un bowl chico, mezclen el cacao, la sal y el polvo de hornear.

Y a la vez en un bowl grande, mezclen el ghee o aceite de coco con la panela.

Vayan agregando los huevos, uno a uno, luego la vainilla.

Agreguen poco a poco el bagazo de almendras.

Y finalmente la mezcla del cacao.

Engrasen un molde y cubran con papel para honear y vuelvan a engrasar. Viertan la mezcla y agreguen las almendras picadas y las chispas de chocolate

Horneen por 20 minutos o hasta que puedan pasar un cuchillo y que salga limpio.

Dejen enfriar dentro del molde por unos minutos, desmolden y sirvan!
